2nd Exchange Fair - FAAP

On 6th and 7th October a FAAP will be hosting the 2nd FAAP Exchange Fair in Sao Paulo. The University will be receiving representants from several International Universities. Amongst others, I will be representing the University of Hertfordshire.

The University of Hertfordshire wants to attract brazilian students to exchange knowledge in UK at the same time will send british students to come to FAAP to study during 6 months.

I will be in the fair promoting UH as a former Student and Lecturer with the objective of bringing students to UK.

Relationship Marketing

From 27/09 to 01/11 I will be teaching Relationship Marketing for business´s professionals. The course will be running in Senac - SP. This is the same discipline I used to be a module leader for a MA in Marketing at the University of Hertfordshire. Although the infrastructure provided by Senac is very inferior to the provided by the Hatfield based University, I am very excited to have received the oportunity, as I am back to Brazil for just 02 weeks.

This is a restart in my life, and will give my best to achieve excelence and recognition from students and the institution.

Do dia 27/09/2008 à 1/11/2008 lecionarei a disciplina de Marketing de Relacionamento para um curso livre no Senac Santo Amaro. Marketing de Relacionamento é um conjunto de ferramentas que junto com uma cultura corporativa centrada no cliente, ajudam a maximizar lucro e clientes fiéis. O objetivo de qualquer empresa é ganhar mais dinheiro, com o mesmo cliente, desta forma, reduzindo investimentos em marketing para atrair mais clientes.

A disciplina é complexa e o nível de investimentos muitas vezes é um impeditivo para pequenas empresas, no entanto, com criatividade e excelente conhecimento da sua empresa e das ferramentas disponíveis, é possível implantar os conceitos com baixo investimentos.

Estou contente de ter recebido esta oportunidade através do meu relacionamento pessoal e vou entregar o meu melhor para os alunos, que são profissionais de empresas da região.
